OH MY. HERE WE GO AGAIN

The place? Ann Arbor, Michigan
The question? Transferring

Is this just a process of what happens when a new coach comes to town with different ideas? Junior. WR Jeron Stokes from Philadelphia was granted a transfer off the team. Freshman OL Tony Posada has also left. Before fall camp, highly touted LB Kellen Jones surprised everybody with his sudden departure. Yes, all these guys are Rodriguez recruits and yes, two of them, I believe would have never been relevant players on the team.

Stokes was a Jr. and less than productive in his short career. Posada, If anyone has seen his film is an absolute slob and couldn't get out of the way of beach ball if it was coming at him. Why the transfer? To go to a lower level school and be mediocre? Neither player have shown signs of elite football skills. My question is, why every year are there three or four transfers? Kellen Jones is the one who got away. This kid could have pushed for playing time immediately. He has a nose for the ball, can hit and causes problems in the backfield. An excellent athlete who may just traveled a little too far from home to be comfortable (texas). Let's hope this is not a trend.
